What’s The Awakening?
The Awakening is a gospel movement for everyone in the Hill Country, beginning with First Baptist Church Marble Falls. The Awakening launches on August 17, 2025 with 60 days of prayer, fasting, evangelism, and devotion, culminating in a five-day worship and Bible Study gathering from October 18 to 22. Guest speakers, James and Elijah Wanje from Kenya, will bring the African revival to Marble Falls.
Rooted in Romans 13:9–11, the purpose is simple:
For All People to Wake Up,
Love Their Neighbors,
and Find Life in Jesus Christ.
The Awakening takes place Saturday-Sunday, October 18-19, at Marble Falls High School, and Monday-Wednesday, October 20-22 at First Baptist Church Marble Falls.
